Working closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver coordinated project outcomes.
Supporting delivery against programme, budget and quality requirements.
Sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
What you’ll bring
You’ll combine strong technical skills with a collaborative approach and the ability to explain your findings clearly to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
We’re looking for:
A good understanding of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and UK flood risk and drainage policy.
Experience using hydraulic modelling software such as Flood Modeller Pro and TUFLOW.
Experience in hydrological analysis using Flood Estimation Handbook methodologies and tools such as ReFH2 and WINFAP.
Experience supporting project delivery, with an understanding of programme, budget and quality expectations.
Competence in GIS software, such as QGIS, and Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
A willingness to share expertise and support junior team members.
Experience with InfoWorks ICM, Environmental Statement chapters, the Water Framework Directive, drainage strategies and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) would be beneficial. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Causeway Flow would also be an advantage.
