Whether it's improving our recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience or introducing new initiatives, everyone's voice is valued.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with a positive culture, where you'll be trusted to take ownership, encouraged to develop your skills, and given the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue to grow.
If you're passionate about recruitment, enjoy building relationships, and want to be part of a friendly, ambitious HR team that's making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
Help us attract the people who shape the future.
At BWB, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to grow across our Infrastructure, Property and Advisory businesses, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting exceptional talent.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with hiring managers, and has the confidence to directly source, engage and secure high-quality candidates. If you have experience recruiting (ideally within the infrastructure, engineering or consultancy sector), we’d love to hear from you — whether your background is in-house or within a specialist recruitment agency.
The Role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activity across a diverse range of technical and professional roles. You’ll be a proactive talent partner who can identify hard-to-find candidates, build strong pipelines, advise managers and Directors, and help BWB secure the very best people as we continue to grow.
A key part of the role will be direct sourcing: confidently searching for, approaching and engaging candidates who may not be actively looking, then guiding them through a positive and professional recruitment experience through to hire.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through every stage from directly searching and sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and Directors to understand hiring requirements and provide expert recruitment advice.
Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and other direct sourcing techniques.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key business areas.
Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews, ensuring an efficient and engaging recruitment process.
Create engaging recruitment campaigns across social media, job boards and digital platforms.
Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with drive, initiative and the confidence to proactively go to market for talent. You’ll be motivated by finding great people, building trusted relationships and delivering successful direct hires for the business.
Essential Experience
Proven recruitment and resourcing experience (ideally within the infrastructure, engineering or consultancy sector) either in-house or within a specialist recruitment agency.
Demonstrable success in direct sourcing, approaching and securing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, networking and other proactive search techniques.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing trusted recruitment advice.
Excellent understanding of candidate attraction strategies and current recruitment market trends.
Technical Skills
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally TeamTailor).
Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards and social media to attract talent.
Experience creating engaging recruitment content using tools such as Canva and PageTiger would be advantageous.
Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies and AI-powered recruitment tools.
You'll Thrive If You Are...
A confident communicator who enjoys proactively building lasting relationships.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Commercially aware and able to balance candidate experience with business priorities.
Highly motivated, proactive, resilient and solutions focused, with the confidence to take ownership and keep momentum in competitive hiring markets.
Curious about new recruitment technology and innovative sourcing techniques.
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the recruitment process
A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with HR colleagues and business leaders.
