In this role, you’ll:
Take ownership of challenging projects, leading the preliminary and detailed design of levels, drainage and external works in both public (adoptable) and private realms.

Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients while showcasing our capabilities to new ones.
Mentor and support Graduates and Engineers, while continuing your own professional growth.
Lead by example – demonstrating professionalism, diligence and a passion for knowledge-sharing across the team.

We’re looking for someone with strong technical independence and the ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment. You’ll bring:
Proven experience in Civil Engineering design – particularly in levels, drainage and external works.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or PDS with a willingness to train on Civil 3D), MicroDrainage and Microsoft Office.
Experience of managing complex projects through planning to completion, liaising with planning authorities, statutory undertakers and national bodies like the Environment Agency.
