What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering first-line IT support via phone, email, walk-in, and self-service portal
Owning and updating support tickets to ensure a great customer experience
Troubleshooting issues, resolving where possible, and escalating when needed
Setting up and supporting laptops, mobile devices, and user hardware/software
Logging incidents accurately and maintaining IT asset records
Supporting system performance while following security and access policies
What You’ll Bring
Experience in a 1st line IT support or service desk role
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and customer service approach
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
Solid understanding of IT hardware, software, and basic systems
A team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
